The duplex suite surpassed my expectations with a lovely balcony, although room 114 lacked soundproofing, allowing a bit too much intimacy with neighboring guests. The hotel offers a great location for exploring Beirut and Jbeil, but it might be a bit far from the main attractions. Dining was a hit with an amazing international buffet but lacked the expected quality for the price. The service was stellar, always ready to assist, while the facilities were well-maintained.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with an amazing sea view, perfect for a relaxing stay. However, the dining options do not match the hotel's rate, and the breakfast lacks variety. The service at the reception desk is fantastic, while the location is convenient for exploring both Beirut and Jbeil. Wi-Fi is an additional cost, which may not suit all guests.
The hotel is supported by a very courteous and dedicated staff and offers rooms that are soundproof. While our experience in room 114 was less than ideal due to thin walls, the overall service and value for money make it a worthwhile stay.
