The duplex suite surpassed my expectations with a lovely balcony, although room 114 lacked soundproofing, allowing a bit too much intimacy with neighboring guests. The hotel offers a great location for exploring Beirut and Jbeil, but it might be a bit far from the main attractions. Dining was a hit with an amazing international buffet but lacked the expected quality for the price. The service was stellar, always ready to assist, while the facilities were well-maintained.
